My Christmas Wish
My husband has requested my Christmas Wish List. Typically, I write my "Santa" letter which outlines all the great and wonderful things I did throughout the year which "qualifies" me as "good" and very deserving of all items on my Christmas wish list.
However, this year is a little different. Why? Well with a down economy, I felt compelled to tone down my wish list for 2008. In fact, I thought of asking for nothing at all - with daily announcements of corporate downsizing and layoffs, my only wish , really, is for this economic upheaval we are facing globally to end. In addition, I want all kids to have the very best Christmas - something I know firsthand through my work a
t Unity House - will be quite a challenge this year.I will mention one thing I really want - and compared to my prior year demands of Tiffany jewelry and other expensive materialistic things, this wish really is simple. What I really want is a new casual winter coat. My choice is the Lands End Weatherly Jacket (color: spice brown).

Wouldn't this be a good time to talk about what you want to do for your Husband for Christmas, instead of selfishly stating what you want.
The true joy of Christmas comes from selflessly giving to others.
If you want ideas about what a husband may want for Christmas, just ask. I would be happy to give you some pointers.

Ok, first on your husband's Christmas list is Boston Creme Donuts from Price Chopper. Getting a list out of this guy is like pulling teeth, but I'm wearing him down.
